The Professional Edit provides digital marketing, website design, advertising, and strategy services. By using this website and/or purchasing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• All pricing is listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
   
• A 50% deposit is required to begin any project, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery.
   
• Payments can be made via EFT or other agreed-upon methods.
   
• Late payments may incur a penalty of 10% per 14 days past the due date.
   

• Timelines will be confirmed in writing once the project begins.
   
• Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the delivery date.
   
• Rush projects may be subject to an additional fee.
   

• Each design package includes a set number of revisions.
   
• Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed separately.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
   
• If a project is cancelled by the client, any work completed will be invoiced accordingly.
   
• The Professional Edit reserves the right to cancel a project at any point with fair reason and notice.
   

• All content created by The Professional Edit remains the property of the business until full payment is received.
   
• Once paid in full, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client.
   
• The Professional Edit retains the right to display work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
   

Client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

The Professional Edit is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of services or deliverables. Final results depend on multiple factors including but not limited to client implementation and market variables.
